I guess I should clarify, it’s not that I am against being the educator, it’s that I don’t want to be singled out as THE educator when I have 40 hours I need to spend on my workload, and should have a co-educator in the HR department regardless of where I work. Also, relating it back to harassment, it should be simply a matter of respect. I will always speak up, and share resources, but that’s not my job title currently. Thanks for parsing that out with me!
